Restricted Balance

If you are unable to withdraw your full account balance, you may have have restricted funds in the form of an active casino bonus. To view your active bonuses, go to the top right Profile icon, scroll down to Rewards, select Bonuses, and select Casino Bonus-active. On this page, you will be able to view the wagers remaining, or forfeit your bonus by clicking the blue highlighted dollar amount. Once the funds have been released, you will be able to withdraw your full account balance.
