All funds requested for withdrawal are restricted, separately, and are not available for game play. If you wish to cancel the withdrawal, you can do so any time from the Reverse Withdrawal section of your account. Once processed, this feature will not be available.

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security verification and if there are no issues, the withdrawal request will be processed within 7 business days. Once the transaction is processed, it may take longer for the money to reach you, depending on the withdrawal method chosen:

  1. Interac: 1-3 business days
  2. PayPal: Immediately
  3. Online Banking: 2-3 business days
