Betway is officially upgrading to a brand new platform, equipped with faster load times, an expanded sports betting catalog, and numerous other world-class features that are sure to elevate your wagering experience to new heights.

  

 

  1. When will the planned upgrade occur?

 

The Betway desktop platform & mobile app will undergo a temporary maintenance period starting on the 13th of December, during which you will not be able to access our platforms, place wagers, or deposit/withdraw any funds.

  

 

  1. What happens to my account?

 

Your account & coinciding account balance will be safe and no changes will be made, and you will be able to re-access both once the upgrade has concluded.

  

 

  1. Can I still wager with Betway during the maintenance period?

 

You will not have access to your account during the maintenance period, which means you will not be able to place any wagers during that time.

 

If you have a wager that settles during the maintenance period, any winnings will be added to your balance on the upgraded platform once the upgrade has concluded.

  

 

  1. What happens to my open wagers?

 

Open wagers won’t be visible on your account on the upgraded platform, but any winnings will be added to your account balance once the open wagers are settled.

  

 

  1. What about cash outs?

 

You will not be able to cash out any open wagers that were placed prior to the 13th of December. Completed cash outs prior to this date will appear under your settled wagers on the upgraded platform once the maintenance period has concluded.

 


  1. May I make any deposits during the maintenance period?

 

You will not be able to access your account during the maintenance period. Therefore, you will not be able to deposit any funds into your account until the maintenance period has concluded.


Your preferred payment methods will need to be re-established on the upgraded product, and so will your preferred withdrawal methods. Please note that if you deposit with a mechanism that is not a withdrawal option, you will first need to make a $5 deposit with a withdrawal mechanism to be paid back to that method.   

  

  1. May I make any withdrawals during the maintenance period?

 

You will not be able to access your account during the maintenance period. Therefore, you will not be able to withdraw any funds from your account until the maintenance period has concluded.

 

Any withdrawals that were made prior to the start of the maintenance period will be reviewed & paid out accordingly upon approval, in the standard time period pertaining to the specific withdrawal method.

 

  

  1. What if my withdrawal request isn’t approved before the maintenance period begins?

 

You must provide all necessary documentation required for the withdrawal process prior to the beginning of the maintenance period to ensure your withdrawal will be processed. Otherwise, your withdrawal may be canceled.

 

If your withdrawal request is canceled, the funds you attempted to withdraw will return to your account balance.

  

  

  1. Will the login process change?

 

The login process will not change once the maintenance period/platform upgrade is complete.  Once we are back online, you can load up the Betway mobile app or website, go to the login page, select your state, and enter your previously used email & password.

 

Downloading & using the Betway mobile app will allow for a simpler login process once the maintenance period has concluded.

  

 

  1. What if payouts from Casino Jackpot games aren’t fully processed before the maintenance period begins?

  

Any live progressive jackpot from Casino Jackpot games will temporarily pause for the maintenance period but will resume and the progress will reset once the maintenance period has concluded.

  

 

  1. Can I still view my wagering history?

 

You will not be able to access your account during the maintenance period. Therefore, you will not have access to your wagering history until the maintenance period has concluded.

  

 

  1. How will bonuses work on the upgraded platform?

 

You can still be eligible for Bonus Bets & Casino Bonus Funds on the upgraded platform after the maintenance period has concluded.

  

 

  1. What new features will be available?

 

There will be a number of new features at your disposal upon completion of our maintenance period & platform upgrade.

  1. Will anything occur to my Responsible Gaming limits & restrictions?

 

Your Responsible Gaming limits & restrictions will transfer over to your account on the new platform. All you will need to do is log in and reset your password once we are back online, then accept the pop-up message confirming you will reset your limits. However, please note that if a limit is only partially used once the upgrade begins, that usage will not carry over.

 

If you requested any changes to your Responsible Gaming limits & restrictions, and they are not yet approved when the maintenance period begins, you will need to re-request these changes when the maintenance period has concluded.
